My Story

Welcome to my website! I have been teaching for thirty years and this is my fifteenth year at Emerson-Hubbard Schools. The classes I teach are English 8, English III, Speech 9, drama, and advanced speech.
I am married and have four children with two boys and two girls. Two of my children are grown, and two are currently in college. I am also a proud grandmother of one. My family has a black lab for a pet and we spend many hours playing fetch and walking with it.
My hobbies include cooking, baking, reading, and gardening. During the summer, I enjoy flower, vegetable, and herb gardening. I spend many hours harvesting, cooking, freezing, and drying these wonderful garden products.
I enjoy teaching my English, speech, and drama classes at Emerson-Hubbard Schools, and I am looking forward to teaching my classes next semester.
