Interview With a Band Student

It has been a busy couple of weeks for the band, but between rehearsals, percussionist Phil S., managed to squeeze in an interview about what he thought about the band.
Question: What have you learned from you experiences in the band?
Phil: I have learned a lot of new things, like how to read music.
Q: What do you think about the music you are practicing now?
Phil: It is pretty challenging, but also it is very slow.
Q: What is one thing you liked about band?
Phil: I liked playing the songs, it gave me a chance to express myself through music.
Q: What was your favorite song we played in band?
Phil: I would have to say "Centerfold".
Q: What is one thing you dislike about band?
Phil: The quality of our equipment, it seems like there is always something falling apart.
Q: If the band could play one song, what would it be?
Phil: Cherry Pie by Warrant.
Q: What is your favorite memory of band?
Phil: When we went to St. Louis, it was a lot of fun seeing all of the stuff there.
Q: If the band could do more of one thing, what would it be?
Phil: Pep band, it is the most fun, but we don't do it very often.
Also, we have new information on the songs that the band is practicing for contest, they are titled "Whispering Ridge" and "Eagle Lake March".
