Emerson-Hubbard participates in Track Meet this Friday

This Friday's Track meet will be held in Homer. Starting at 1:00 p.m. the following events begin: Girls 4 x 800 Relay (followed by boys), Girls' shot put (followed by boys), Boys' Discus (followed by girls), Boys' high jump (followed by girls), Girls' long jump, and Boys' long jump (both followed by triple jump).
Starting around 3:00 p.m. the running events begin. This includes: 100 meter high hurdles, 100 meter dash, 1600 meter run, 400 meter relay, 400 meter dash, 300 meter hurdles, 800 meter run, 200 meter dash, 3200 meter run, 1600 meter relay.
The following schools will also be attending the track meet: Allen, Dakota Valley, Emerson, Laurel-Concord, Oakland-Craig, Omaha Nation, Pender, Ponca, Randolph, Scribner-Snyder, Wakefield, and Winnebago.
I want to wish everyone good luck. Hopefully the weather warms up for you. Bring home some medals!!! And if you have time you should swing by Homer to cheer on the Emerson-Hubbard track team.
