State FFA Results

What the FFA won:
For Junior Livestock Selection- Chase Miller got a blue ribbon.
For Senior Livestock Selection- Eddie Rohde won a white ribbon.
The Emerson-Hubbard FFA has won a certificate for a Silver Merit for the Million Can Challenge. If you don't remember that was, it was the can drive that the FFA did.
The FFA has also received recognition for a FFA Alumni Scholarship to send 2 members to a summer conference.
What the FFA members did while at State Convention 2008:
They attended workshops about AG marketing, AG diversity, and AG leadership.
The members also took a tour of the UNL Animal Science facilities. What they saw there was how to work chutes, and etc.
The members also had some fun at the East Campus Union bowling alley.
