JV Pirates Hit the Field!

Volleyball wasn't the only thing going on Tuesday night, there were also two football games going on! The Pirate JV football team hit the field after the JH won against the Walthill Indians. The game started a little late, and went a little slow the first quarter, but that didn't stop the pirates to give it their all.
Kyle Gutzmann said, "we played a good game, but as the game went on we got better." Another thing he mentioned was "e need to work on some things in practice a little more."
But when Adam Drilling was stating his thoughts he said that "The first half was pretty bad, letting them score the first touch down and all, but as the game went on we played better."
Two exciting touch- downs were scored by Kyle G, and Patty M. Kyle scored his first touchdown that game. Jon Fassler also had a good play where he ran an interception back.
