Wakefield VS. Emerson-Hubbard

On Tuesday, October 13th the Lady Pirates traveled to Lutheran High Northeast for a triangular against LHNE and Wakefield. The Wakefield game was kind of a tough game. The Lady Pirates came up short in two sets with scores of 12-25 and 10-25.
"We played hard and had fun but we still have to work on some of the little things,"says senior Alexa Heeney.
We got some good stats out of the game. Caitlin Casey was our lead blocker that night with 5 touches and 2 ace blocks. Alexa Heeney was our lead hitter that night with 4 kills out of 11 good hits. Brittni Bormann was one of our lead servers being very consistent with her serves as well as Jenna Roeber was very consistent with her sets.
