Speech and Drama of 2000
In the SPOT LIGHT...
Speech and Drama members have been in the spotlight all year. The Drama members put on the play "Murder at the Banquet" which placed forth at the conference meet.
The Speech team had a very successful year. Many people placed at the conference Meet, including Scott Albrecht, Elisha Mackling, Mark Combie, Tristan Albrecht and Reenee Albrecht.
During the District Speech Meet,Scott Albrecht placed second in extemporaneous speech and Reenee Albrecht placed in second in entertainment giving them both a trip to state. All members of the team had fun laughing at all the weird people at the speech meet. Although it might not be top priority, speech and drama are still really fun to be in.
