Emerson-Hubbard Pirates vs. Wayne

On December 29th the Emerson-Hubbard Pirates traveled to the Wayne State College to take on the Wayne Bluedevils. Emerson-Hubbard Pirates played hard for the whole game but in the end were out played with a final score of 24 - 48.
Coach Burback:"We tried to slow the ball and the game down, but Wayne proved to be too athletic for us to handle. They have a couple really good basketball players that we were unable to shut down. It was a tough loss but it was good to play such an Athletic team."
