Emerson-Hubbard Lady Pirates beat the Ponca Indians

The Emerson-Hubbard Lady Pirates played the Ponca Indians on January 15th in Emerson. The Lady Pirates played hard the whole game. The girls played some excellent defense holding Ponca to 42 points in the game.
Mrs. Burback said, "Although it was not our best game, the girls did what they had to. Ponca is a good team and they played hard."
Alexa Heeney had 17 points, Caitlin Casey had 13 points, Brittni Bormann has 8 points, and Marisa Blanke had 10 points.
