Emerson-Hubbard Pirates beat the Wynot Blue Devils

The Emerson-Hubbard Pirates played the Wynot Blue Devils February 4th. The Pirates won 48 to 28 but don't let the score fool you, it was not a blowout. The Pirates got into foul trouble early and that let Wynot shoot a lot of free throws. The score at the end of the first quarter was 12-9 Pirates. Finally, in the 4th quarter, the Pirates pulled ahead and gained their 20 point lead to win the game.
The leading scorers were Scott Servine and Austin Gutzmann with 13 points. AJ Bormann had 12 points and Max Renning had 5 points. Austin Gutzmann also had 12 rebounds and 5 blocked shots. Scott also had 3 assists and Max Renning had 4 steals.
