Emerson vs. Homer #2

On January 19th the Lady Pirates played against the Homer Knights in Emerson. It was a tough night for the girls having played them the night before. The Lady Pirates came out a little more prepared knowing what Homer's press looked like and what we needed to change on the offense and defense.
"Overall we played better defense this night and broke the press better," says senior, Alexa Heeney
Some of the states are as follows: Alexa Heeney was our leading scorer with 11 points. Marisa Blanke was 100% from the line shooting 4 for 4. Caitlin Casey had the highest number of assists by dishing in 4 to the cutters. Alexa Heeney was our leading rebounder with 15 rebounds.
