6th and 7th graders got a surprise visit from Mrs. Braun and Zayla. Needless to say they were very excited!
Homecoming 2020 Community/Parent Information :
The pep rally/coronation will take place on Friday, October 2nd at 2:00 p.m. It will be open to the public and the doors will open at 1:45 p.m. We will practice social distancing and attendees will be required to wear a mask.
The dance will take place on Saturday, October 3rd from 8:00 - 11:00 p.m. The doors will open at 7:30 p.m. and parents are invited to come take pictures from 7:30 - 8:00 p.m.; masks will be required. We will introduce/announce our Homecoming Royalty at 8:00 p.m.
Much to our disappointment, we are going to cancel the bonfire that was scheduled for tonight due to the "high fire danger (dry/wind)" issued by the National Weather Service.
We hope to see you at the Homecoming Events later this week! (Football Game, Volleyball Game, Pep Rally, and Coronation).
Preschool practiced their letters by playing a stack the cup game today! 👏
Then they got a sneak peek at our new snacks by helping Mrs. Nelson carry them inside! 💪
Last week the Middle School STEAM students made kites. 1st kite was made out of newspaper and wire & the 2nd made from dowels and a garbage bag. They both flew surprisingly well and held up remarkably well in the wind! STEAM meets Wednesdays from 3:45-5:00 for 6-8 grade students

JH Wolfpack football vs. Homer in Emerson has been cancelled for Monday ( Sept. 28). It has been replaced with Wolfpack vs. Pender at Pender. Kickoff is 4pm. Go Pack Go!!
Tri County Northeast Wolfpack JV volleyball will be hosting a triangular in Emerson on Saturday ( Sept. 26). The games are:
9:00am - Tri County Northeast vs. Pender
10:15am - Wakefield vs. Pender
11:30am - Tri County Northeast vs. Wakefield
JH Wolfpack volleyball will be playing @ Ponca on Saturday (Sept. 26) in a tournament. A team and B team will be playing. Tournament starts at 8:30. Go Pack Go!!

Middle school STEAM students & advisors decorated the Heritage of Emerson windows this afternoon in preparation for next weeks Homecoming.

The JH Football and Volleyball teams will practice during the school day on Thursday, September 24th. They will be dismissed at 3:41 (normal time - they can ride the bus route, so there will be no shuttle to Hubbard).

In order to promote Ag Literacy, the E-H FFA chapter wanted to start a weekly update that informs its members, the school and the community about what is going on in agriculture around the world. We hope that with better knowledge, we can create more advocates for agriculture.
