Wolfpack JH Girls have their first basketball game of the season this afternoon in Allen at 2:45 vs Plainview Pirates. Both B and A teams will play. Good luck girls!
TCNE Wolfpack basketball teams are heading to Laurel for a marathon night on the court. Girls JV will tip off four quarters at 4PM, followed by two 8 minute quarters of boys JV. Girls varsity and boys varsity will wrap up the night on the court. All games will be held in the new gym. Games are scheduled to be streamed on LCCS Bears Striv. Good Luck Wolfpack!
Tomorrow, Friday, December 9th, Emerson-Hubbard Community Schools will have a two hour late start. Buses will run accordingly. The elementary spelling bee will be postponed to next Friday, December 16th.
Due to school dismissing at 1:30 due to weather, TCNE will not be attending the wrestling meet in Howells tonight. If the meet is totally cancelled tonight it will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

PowerSchool Mobile App Sync Issue:
The update to PowerSchool Core version 22.11 caused a sync issue with the PowerSchool Mobile app. This version of PS does not sync correctly with the app without each user doing the following steps to re-sync the app.
1. Please try double-tapping the home button and closing the app on your phone.
2. Then, please uninstall the app, turn off your phone for at least 30 seconds, and then reinstall the app.
3. Then try forcing the mobile app to re-pull the district information. After logging out of the mobile app, you should see four boxes on the login screen, this is for the district code. Tap on the link right below the District Code that says “Where is my district code?” on the login screen. On the page that comes up tap either “Enter Server Address” and then enter the URL in the box on the next page and hit submit. E-H School district code is LWJP
Note: The URL is your parent portal link. You could also select "Search by School or District" to search for your district by name and state.

TCNE Wolfpack varsity winter sport teams are in action tonight! Girls and boys varsity travel to Siouxland Christian at 6000 Gordon Drive in Sioux City for a 6:00 PM girls tip off with boys to follow. Boys varsity wrestlers head down to Howells for a meet with Howells-Dodge. Weigh-ins begin at 5 and first match set to start at 6:00 PM. Good Luck Pack!

The Title 1 Family Popcorn with Parents activity was a success. We had many parents come to share a story, eat popcorn, and do activities as you will see in the pictures. It is nice to have parents in the building to enjoy fun learning with their children. Thanks to all who were able to come and to the teachers for helping to make it an enjoyable experience.
Tri County Wolfpack girls wrestling team took runner up at the Creighton invite on Saturday, December 3rd. Hex earned 1st place in her bracket and Makenna got 3rd place in her bracket. Great job girls!
This week's activities with a lot going on! The holiday 🎶 concerts tonight and tomorrow night are scheduled to be streamed live on EH Broadcasting YouTube for our families and friends who are unable to enjoy them in person. The link to the channel is on the school website.
Who knew popcorn could be so fun!! 2nd Graders loved playing popcorn games with their parents on our Popcorn With Parents Day!
Congratulations to the November 2022 Energy Bus Ticket Classroom Drawing Winners! Their names were drawn out of their classroom's Energy Bus tickets. They selected different awards such as trading chairs with Mr. Nielsen, being assistant principal for awhile and having a snack provided to their class to name a few. Keep up the great work Emerson-Hubbard Elementary students!

The E-H FFA had some great success, close finishes, and lessons learned yesterday at their District Leadership Development Events in Madison. Qualifying for state were the Ag Demo and Parliamentary Procedure teams. Alternate for state was Rhyanne Mackling with her Natural Resources speech. Receiving 5th place were Charlie Doyle (Extemp) and Makayla Horak (Creed). Congrats to all who competed!
