JH Track results from the Plainview Meet
The E-H FFA members were able to get together last week with other members from District IV to watch sessions from the virtual State Convention, participate in a career fair, and celebrate the accomplishments of members from our district. Some of those accomplishments included State FFA Degrees, which Ryan Kinnaman and Colton Beermann earned.
Tri County Northeast Wolfpack boys golf team finished first at the Howells-Dodge Invitation played at the Leigh Golf Course. Go Pack Go!!!
TC Thunder baseball game for today (4/9) in Ashland has been postponed.

The elementary is currently sitting at $866 with a goal of $1000. The kids are super excited about that because if they reach $1000, one of the students will get to pie me in the face….which I am not as equally excited but hey, I am a team player! Sign your student up at heart.org/KHC and share with family and friends to help the elementary reach their goal and receive prizes! If 75% of your child's class signs up, their classroom will receive a gift card to use for their classroom.

If your junior or senior and/or their date plan to attend post prom, they must have the Drop Zone Wavier filled out prior to prom. They will not be admitted to post prom without the waiver having been filled out. Your student received the wavier via email. TC Thunder baseball will be in action tomorrow (4/9) against Platte Valley with varsity only at 5pm. This game was scheduled to be played in Yutan and now has been moved to be played in Ashland.
The Howells-Dodge Golf Invitation that is played in Leigh has been moved to tomorrow (4/9) with starting time of 9:30am.
Tri County Northeast Wolfpack golf scheduled for Leigh today has been postponed.

Emerson-Hubbard Elementary - "New to the District Round-Up"
State testing wraps up this week at the elementary with all three grades doing their best to hit it out of the park!
Preschool had fun with April Fool’s Day today! We had brownies (Brown E’s) and juice (jello)!! They were so excited that luckily Mrs. Nelson still Came through with real juice and brownies! 😆
Preschool learned the letter Qq this week and was able to see and touch some quilts!! They saw how many pieces had to be sewn together and then had the chance to make their own quilt out of paper pieces and glue. 🪡 🧵
The High School and Elementary Staff showed their support of the TEAMMATES program yesterday by wearing their new TEAMMATES shirts. Help us get our chapter started by signing up to be a mentor!

The Emerson-Hubbard middle school and high school students participated in Battle Night on Friday, March 26th. Students enjoyed a fun night of friendly competition playing games such as; dodgeball, badminton, basketball, corn-hole, chess, etc.
Congratulations to these E-H Elementary students on making Pirate Crew last week by working hard and showing character in and out of the classroom! Way to go!
State testing continues this week. We want 3rd and 5th graders to do their best and hit it out of the park!
