The 7th graders have been discussing everything relating to government. This week they split into groups to create their own political parties. Each party's candidate will present their agenda and we will eventually take a vote to see if any of the parties were able to convince a member from another party to vote for them. They are choosing a name, designing their mascot, and creating a political poster for their party.
