
This year's Battle Night will be held on Friday, March 18, with the middle school session being approximately 4-6:30PM and high school following. Thanks to a generous donation by the EH Booster Club and New To You, admission (including a Battle Night T-shirt) is free!
MS & HS Students - Please register with Mrs. Millard or Mrs. Wilcox by Tuesday, March 8th. At the time of registration, you will need to provide your shirt size so shirts can be ordered.


The Intro to Ag students have wrapped up a unit on floriculture. We identified flowers, learned the elements of design to arrange flowers in a vase and created boutonnieres for the Sweetheart Dance. For their first time arranging, they did a wonderful job! Future florists??!!



Today we built a geodesic dome in STEAM. You can find similar domes right here in Nebraska on the E-H Elementary School playground and the Henry Doorly Zoo (Desert Dome). If you have ever visited Walt Disney World you would have also seen this design at Epcot Center.



Third grade started playing recorders just a few weeks ago and they are enjoying them!

Grade 2 had way too much fun celebrating 2/22/22!We added 22, multiplied by 2, wrote about being 22 years old, and tried to be quiet for 2 minutes and 22 seconds!!


The Emerson-Hubbard Sweetheart Dance was held on Saturday, February 19th. The King, Ethan Eriksen, and Queen, Brynn Schock, were crowned. The remaining court consisted of Caleb Cockburn, Carter Luber, Brock Mackling, and Hadley Houfek. The Sweetheart Court is selected from senior members who have been a part of at least one of the following organizations for two years: FFA, FBLA, and Student Council.

At tonight's sub district basketball game they will be serving pork sandwiches.


Today, Tuesday, February 22nd, Emerson-Hubbard Community Schools will have a two hour late start.

2nd and 3rd grade students enjoyed continuing their hockey unit today in P.E.

The Title 1 teachers gave away a box of chocolates at the Parent-Teacher Conferences held on February 10th. Parents entered their kids’ names in the drawing and today we drew the lucky winner. The winner was preschooler Lynken Fuchser. We hope your family enjoys the treat!!
